The Samsung SCX-5935 MFP was released in March 2009 with an OEM rated print speed of 35 pages per minute (ppm) and a duty cycle of 80,000 pages per month.
Printers ship with starter cartridge yielding 4,000 pages, with replacement cartridges available in 10,000 page standard yield. The starter and replacement cartridges are physically the same, and with the correct fill weight and chip these starter cartridges can be used standard yield versions. Replacement cartridges require a chip for correct printer operation.
